>My forecast for the plateauing of Wikipedia was to come true. My follow-on point then was that there are actually bigger problems to be conquered and offered federation as an alternative to neutral point of view (NPOV) and the edit wars surrounding it.
Might it be possible, in the exploration of Folk Memory that the fedwiki provides what we might call multiple point of view (MPOV)?
This MPOV, perhaps, might be a a fulfillment of the promise first set forth by Borges, in The Garden of Forking Paths, the Ten Pages that Changed the World.
It was the footnote that held the secret. I hadn't previously noticed it, sitting there on the first page. For that first page, three voices, all co-existing, were introduced. All who held a meaning, but different meaning, of the moment.
