You can read all you want about Buddhism.
But I learned early on that only reading about it will never allow you to truly understand it. To understand Buddhism, you must be committed to practice.
The practice of being quiet. Each and every day. Listening to the quiet, the deeply filled silence, with curiosity. And then to have to courage to walk into that silence.
In many ways, I have found Agile to be similar journey. Yes, there are many valuable tools. But it is the practice, each an every moment, that which makes up the Agile Mindset that guides the journey.
It is a journey of discovery that requires us to compassionately walk into our fears of the unknown.
