The author, Steve Denning talks about the process of cultural change from traditional management to Agile management.
He talks about how it is necessary for the management leadership to fully embrace the culture. If not, the culture change will not be sustained.
A key element is for management to refocus from maximizing shareholder value to customer delight. He argues that if done, the money will follow.
In order to be successful, he argues:
